Returns & Replacements

Any returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge.  Shipping charges are not refundable.  Please remember that all of our hats and accessories are MADE TO ORDER.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return orders within SEVEN days of receipt.  To return a hat, just send it back in the original box within the 7 day return period.

Production & Delivery Time

Please remember that all of our hats & fascinators are MADE TO ORDER.  Depending on the particular trim, it usually take one to two weeks to make & ship the hat.  Then, UPS &/or USPS delivery will take from one to five business days to deliver the hat.  So you can expect delivery of you hat in about one to three weeks.

Hat Boxes

Blocked hats (not berets, crochet or fabric hats) are shipped in our LOUISE GREEN hatbox.

Orders can be placed directly through the website or by contacting us. If you want any variation on what you see; a different shape, color, trim or head size, call us. Custom and special orders, call us.

For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. California residents pay state sales tax.

Head Size

Hats are fitted with our silk-covered elastic sweatband (Patent no. 5,623,046).  Fitting a broad range of head sizes (22” to 23”), the band is light and comfortable and keeps the hat securely on the head. If your head is smaller or larger, let us know and we will make the hat in your head size.
